Are you ready to help us?As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it!Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism!ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through relocation processes.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics.Assist clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment efforts.Help engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden in alignment with the company values of joy, trust, and professionalism.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies, or ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.Resilient and persistent, able to respond to rejection with continued effort.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a presentable appearance.Job detailsEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelLocation: Remote (home) or from a co-location center of your choiceRemuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxesContract type: Long-term contract as a Private EntrepreneurMinimum duration: 12 monthsWorking hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to FridayOvertime compensation: 1:1 in flexBenefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diemHow to applyPlease send your English CV to: ******.
