Your responsibilities will include managing customer calls and technician schedules to maintain smooth operations and friendly communication.
Key Qualifications:
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in field-service coordination roles
* Advanced English fluency (C1 or C2 level): confident communication skills in spoken and written forms
