We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Account Manager to maintain long-term, valuable relationships with our existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for multiple assigned accounts and will oversee the continued development of business from onboarding throughout the lifetime of the account.
Key responsibilities include navigating the Digistore24 platform, assisting with issues, and addressing concerns through daily interaction with accounts. Additionally, fostering continued business by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value is crucial in this role.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members across various departments as needed. Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs will also be a key responsibility.
To excel in this position, the Account Manager must have a quick learning ability, speak fluent English and Portuguese, and possess above-average organizational skills. Speaking fluent Spanish is a plus.
