Job Title: Agile Practice Leader

Job Description:
We are a dynamic staffing and recruitment consultancy supporting one of our clients with a long-term project. As an Agile Practice Leader, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles, and guiding two Scrum teams towards continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Support and guide two Scrum teams, providing coaching and mentoring to team members
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, including Kanban and Lean
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
