Revenue Operations Specialist
About the Role
We're seeking a meticulous Revenue Operations Specialist to support our sales organization in driving commerce to cash processes.
* Collaborate with sales representatives to develop best practices and prepare deals for management review
* Act as a trusted advisor, guiding sales reps through the deal flow process and reviewing Service Orders
* Consult with sales on non-standard deal structures, pricing models, and commercial terms
* Provide ticketing support for Sales, Billing, and Provisioning related issues from internal and external customers
* Ensure accurate billing information is reflected in the system according to contract terms
* Foster proactive communication with internal business partners on urgent orders or exceptions
* Maintain SOX compliance by assisting in monthly/quarterly AR close items
* Support ad-hoc reporting and projects focused on process improvement and automation
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
* 2+ years of experience working with, supporting, and advising Sales and other cross-functional teams
* Flexibility with schedule due to end-of-month/quarter demands
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Energetic, dedicated, and self-driven
* Ability to work independently within a team environment
* Experience with SaaS subscription billing model
* Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and principles
* Analytical skills and experience with contract management
* Proficiency in G-Suite Sheets, Docs, and Slides
* Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Salesforce CPQ, and Zuora a plus
* Familiarity with Brazil taxes and local billing (BRL)
* Fluent in English
