**Job Description** Objective**:
This role involves overseeing hotel interior design projects and meeting brand standards. It requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with various stakeholders. The position focuses on delivering high-quality design solutions within budget and timeline constraints.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple interior design projects at various stages of development, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Collaborate with VP of Interior Architecture to align hotel/partner aspirations
- Document each project phase to ensure proper billing
- Review potential projects with development teams to facilitate contract signing
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design quality and brand compliance
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with other departments (IT, Operations, F&B) to ensure integrated design solutions
- Implement design strategies for specific hotel brands
- Mentor junior team members and guide complex design challenges
- Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions for brand evolution
**Qualifications**
- A solid experience in interior architecture or design, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Knowledge of hotel design standards and trends
- Significant experience in managing multiple hotel projects at various stages of development
- Knowledge of technical aspects related to F&B&E and FF&E industries
- Understanding of financial constraints and profitability indicators in the hotel context
- Desirable proficiency in Architectural Design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to develop creative design concepts
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Excellent visual communication and presentation abilities
- Construction knowledge, including building codes and regulations
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and advanced Spanish.
