You combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on leadership to deliver measurable results. Through active KPI follow-up, cost control and entrepreneurial thinking, you continuously identify opportunities to grow performance. You proactively manage inventory to secure sales, stock freshness, healthy sell-through and the right discount strategy — optimizing both margin and stock turn. With full ownership of operations, people and commercial execution, you ensure that every decision strengthens both profitability and the Haglöfs brand. As store manager, you report to the retail manager. Key responsibilities 1. Own the Business You take full P&L ownership and run your store as your own business. Drive sales and profitability through active KPI and P&L management. Identify commercial opportunities and act entrepreneurially to maximize performance. Manage controllable costs to ensure every investment delivers return. Develop local business strategies aligned with Haglöfs Retail direction. 2. Build & Lead a High-Performing Team You create a results-driven culture through strong leadership. Recruit, develop and retain top talent. Set clear targets, coach performance, and conduct performance and salary reviews. Lead by example in salesmanship and customer experience. Address performance gaps with courage and clarity. 3. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience & Brand Execution You ensure every customer interaction strengthens our brand and drives commercial performance. Secure excellent service delivery in line with Haglöfs Sales Training Standards. Follow Haglöfs visual guidelines and overarching commercial plan. Maintain premium store standards and execute Haglöfs visual merchandising guidelines with excellence. Execute campaigns, activations and local initiatives that drive traffic and sales. 4. Optimize Operations & Inventory You run an efficient, well-structured and commercially optimized store operation. Secure the right assortment, stock levels and discount levels to maximize sales, gross margin and stock turn. Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandiser and DTC Merchandise Specialist to drive assortment performance. Ensure operational excellence in store operations planning, including unboxing routines, garment care, stock room routines etc. Secure effective staffing and planning aligned with seasonal and commercial needs. You connect structure, stock discipline and operational excellence directly to profitability.
