Senior Account Growth Strategist
As a seasoned business development expert, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the management of existing client accounts within assigned territories.
* Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Pursue the acquisition of new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Qualifications - Position Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially sound knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
