About Us:

We are dedicated to innovation and excellence in ultrasound and other diagnostic technologies. As we continue our strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to establish and grow our presence in Brazil.
The Opportunity: This is a pivotal consultant role designed to drive market entry and revenue growth in Brazil. You will be the key representative for CHISON, responsible for developing distribution channels, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets for our premium medical imaging portfolio. Success in this role requires an in-depth understanding of the local healthcare landscape and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales and market penetration goals within Brazil.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of local distributors and dealers.
Provide comprehensive sales, clinical, and technical support to channel partners, including product training, tender preparation, and key account surgical support.
Conduct thorough market analysis to monitor competitor activity, identify new business opportunities, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.
Travel extensively (estimated 50-70% within Brazil) to build strong relationships with partners, support commercial activities, and close significant deals.
Represent CHISON at national and regional medical congresses, trade shows, and clinical events.
Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory): Language: Fluent in Portuguese and English is essential. All professional communication and documentation will be conducted in these languages. Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 3 years specifically focused on selling ultrasound systems. Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Brazilian healthcare system, key opinion leaders (KOLs), public/private tender processes, and familiarity with ANVISA regulatory requirements for medical devices. Network: Established professional network with distributors, dealers, and potential key accounts in the Brazilian medical sector.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
