Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop existing client relationships within assigned territories.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
