Without our APIs, we wouldn’t be able to ingest customer data—and without data, our AI magic doesn't happen. APIs are truly the heart of our platform.Connectors ensure data flows smoothly from the customer’s environment into our system, enabling our AI to analyze it and determine its relevance. They help the AI understand the context and structure of the data, deciding whether or not it's useful.We’re constantly looking for creative ways to work around customer-specific requirements and make sure integrations are clean, reliable, and well-aligned with the rest of our system architecture.There’s room to actively participate in product and technical decision-makingYou’ll have real autonomy to design and implement solutionsTeam's philosophy: it is ok to not know something and ask for help.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild business logic for all connector types (e.g. webhook, polling, syslog, etc.) and contribute to various design patterns to make this easier.Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhancethe performance of connectors, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.Collaborate with engineering and product teamsto refine technical requirements for product asks and right-sizing engineering solutions to meet them.What we're looking forExperience with different sorts of integration methods like REST, Webhooks, etc.Solid programming skillsin Python or Javascript (nodejs).Familiarity withcloud infrastructure(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their respective services (e.g., S3, SQS).Knowledge ofdistributed systemsand techniques for building fault-tolerant, high-availability platforms.Strong understanding of various database and search technologies (e.g. SQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB).Proficiency in English (at least advanced level) for effective communication and collaboration within the team.Nice to HaveHands-on experience incontainerization and orchestration(Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying scalable data services.Experience inmonitoring and troubleshootingdata platforms, using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.Why Join Us?Beyond the challenging data and platform engineering problems and working with a high-caliber engineering team, working at Radiant is major opportunity to impact security teams by reducing their workload and mitigating security incidents quickly.
