About This Role
* Lead and develop city-based teams from scratch, focusing on rapid growth and goal achievement.
* Take ownership of business development and operational outcomes in individual cities, using data-driven strategies to drive success.
* Maintain a holistic perspective, identifying key challenges and communicating feedback to stakeholders. Leverage resources effectively to expand business at minimal costs.
* Foster diverse cultural environments, establish scientific training programs, and cultivate international business talent.
* Standardize work experiences, extract best practices, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and establish international business processes.
Requirements
* 2+ years of sales team management experience with a proven track record of leading teams of 15+ members.
* Proven experience in managing food delivery businesses, with a demonstrated understanding of the industry.
* Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred; proficiency in English is advantageous.
* Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and provide actionable insights.
