About the Role
As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will be working in a hands-on role that is best suited for recent grads or early-career designers who are ready to dive into real product work.
You will collaborate directly with our CEO and Lead UI/UX Designer to launch features that matter. Your primary responsibility will be to design and iterate on user interfaces for our products.
* You will create wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs in Figma.
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring features to life.
* Improve usability and user experience based on real feedback.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Be proficient in English - accents are welcome, but strong communication is essential.
* Know how to use Figma confidently.
* Have some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals.
* Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
* Be coachable - open to feedback and eager to improve.
* Be proactive, accountable, and self-disciplined in your work.
