Customer Success Manager
Titan is a no-code web-based platform within the Salesforce ecosystem, offering seamless form creation, data collection, and workflow automation without coding.
As a key member of our growing team in North America, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and adoption for assigned customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact, leading discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders to position Titan as a core system and maximize its value. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS company.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-facing abilities.
* Experience in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and working closely with Sales.
* A hands-on approach to onboarding and implementation processes of Salesforce or other CRMs.
