This role is for an analytically minded, structured marketer who can also craft creative copy, spot opportunities, and see the link between B2C and B2B. You’ll own email marketing, digital advertising on Meta and Google, campaign scaling, and case study creation.Key responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing flows, newsletters, and smart automations.Run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and track performance.Test and scale new initiatives across cities and destinations.Conduct research on new tech, trends, and ways to grow business.Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas.Collaborate remotely, with minimal internal meetings, focusing on deep work.What we expect:Experience in B2C/B2B marketing, preferably in travel or apparel.Strong analytical skills and a data/automation mindset.Proven ability to execute campaigns and iterate based on results.Fast mover, collaborative, and growth‑oriented.Execution focus – the ability to deliver and move the needle.Compensation and details:USD 1,400 per month, 25 hours per week.Remote, 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week.Growth fast path to Head of Marketing if performance is strong.Note: we usually take down our job posts within 3–4 days.
