About The Opportunity Netrix Global is looking for a Data Governance Specialist for the Professional Services – Data Intelligence department, with experience in combining operational execution with expert analysis and continuous improvement proposals. The Data Governance Specialist acts as a critical member of the team. Their tasks involve supporting and guiding the implementation of the Data Governance program across the business, combining operational execution with expert analysis and proposals for continuous improvement.

How You Will Make An Impact
Document, maintain, and update Data Governance policies, guidelines, standards, and processes.
Map business processes and data flows, identifying dependencies, impacts, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain and publish business glossaries, catalogs, and data dictionaries.
Support metadata and data lineage initiatives.
Collaborate on monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Data Governance program.
Support the rollout of Data Domains and the implementation of roles (Data Owner, Data Steward, etc.).
Serve as the methodological lead for the Data Governance program.
Propose improvements to existing policies, standards, and processes.
Submit recommendations, alerts, and risk assessments to the Data Governance Leader.
Communicate and highlight the progress, achievements, and initiatives of the Data Domains.
What You Will Bring To The Table
General knowledge of data management frameworks: DAMA-DMBOK (intermediate level preferred). DCAM (preferred).
Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Management.
Knowledge of data regulations and the management of sensitive information.
General knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI preferred).
Knowledge of Data Governance tools (catalog, glossary, lineage, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to analyze, document, and organize information.
Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams.
Ability to follow through on initiatives and propose continuous improvements.
Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented.
Location
Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid work, 1 to 2 days On-Site per week at the client’s office located in Campana. Flexibility to schedule on-site work according to the needs of the project and the business.
Shift
9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
