**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
This position is responsible to lead Strategic Planning and steer project implementation for CS Breeding in LATAM through Target Alignment, Project Portfolio Prioritization and Governance, and Change Management delivering consistent results that demonstrate progress towards Precision Breeding;
Portfolio Portfolio Management: Responsible to lead cross-functional PMO community to identify and prioritize opportunities linked with Precision Breeding Transformation, driving value to organization by steering value creation, managing interdependencies, and influencing agile project set-up;
Agile Project Governance: Responsible for leading cross-functional PMO community to steer agile project implementation, assuring appropriate project team visibility and effective help chain;
Change Management: act as a change leader, by engaging the leadership team and change agent in key change priorities and supporting team with appropriate change plans and / or coaching on change methodologies;
Engage the Breeding organization in Strategic target through appropriate alignments, processes, and tools to cascade and monitor key performance indicators, fostering end-to-end integration;
Responsible for advancing Breeding operating models including but not limited to Precision Breeding and Digitalization through strong participation in Breeding Councils while driving innovation, fostering internal and external Benchmarking, participating in External Forums, researches, etc;
Steer the prioritization of topics and development of strategic presentations for leadership discussions, including monthly meeting, development meetings, extended leadership meetings, and ad hoc meetings;
Fostering trust and collaborations with strategic partners across Bayer;
Develop employees and people leaders to enable a continued focused on cultural transformation, talent development, news skills, and succession strength of an evolving workforce;
Drive SSHE, Compliance, Business Conduct and Human Rights focus and culture in the region.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
Mandatory:
- University degree - Business, Agronomy, Economics or Engineering completed;
- Good understanding of Breeding organization;
- Solid experience in Project Management and in Strategic Plng;
- Experience in Change Management;
- Solid experience in metrics management;
- Strong Leadership experience and able to influence without authority;
- Fluent English, Portuguese and/or Spanish.
- Certifications related to Project Mgmt, Change Mgmt., Agile Methodologies, Business Intelligence, Lean/Six Sigma preferred;
