Network Engineer Commissioning Specialist - This professional will work directly throughout the deployment, expansion, and optimization cycle of the network, ensuring performance, availability, and compliance with the client''s technical requirements. Responsibilities:- (Must-have). Perform commissioning, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of 2G/3G/4G/5G, Controllers (BSC/RNC) and OSS. - Execute configuration, expansion, and technical audit activities on OSS platforms. - Support and accompany field activities related to the activation of new sites, swaps, migrations, and network expansions. - Ensure correct implementation of parameters, scripts, and integration routines. - Monitor network KPIs and alarms, identifying and proactively resolving faults. - Prepare technical reports, action plans, and network documentation. - Work collaboratively with planning, O&M, and optimization teams to ensure network performance and stability. - Provide technical support during maintenance windows and critical activation processes including SWAPs. Technical Requirements:- Proven experience with BSC and/or RNC Controllers (any vendor: ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei). - Knowledge of OSS and network management tools. - Strong understanding of commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting processes for 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. - Solid knowledge of RF, parameters, handovers, features, and network architecture. - Ability to interpret logs, KPIs, and performance reports. - Experience with integration scripts (MML, CLI, or equivalent). - Desirable experience with O&M interfaces and network databases. - Knowledge of field processes: Survey, Swap, and site activation. Education:- Bachelor''s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. - Certifications or training related to mobile networks will be considered an advantage.
