The role of an Urban and Regional Development Specialist is a highly sought-after position in the field of urban planning and development. This expert will be responsible for leading international consortia, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving projects forward under EU-funded initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading international consortia to deliver EIBAS FWC Lot 5 projects
* Building a pool of experts for short-term assignments on various EIB priorities
* Collaborating with stakeholders, including EU institutions and partner organizations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 10 years of experience in regional and urban development, urban buildings and social infrastructure, economic development, and disaster risk management
* Experience working on EU-financed projects, preferably with the EIB, WB, or similar organizations
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree relevant to the field
* Excellent command of English (CEFR C1)
