We're looking for an Account Executive who is proactive, confident, and driven to create opportunities, not wait for them. This role is for someone with high urgency, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to influence, connect, and close. You'll be responsible for generating new business, running consultative sales conversations, and closing deals with B2B clients. This is a high-performance role where speed, consistency, and relationship-building are critical. What You'll Be Doing Proactively generate new B2B opportunities through outbound (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.) Qualify leads based on ICP and identify real business opportunities Run discovery calls with decision-makers and uncover pain points Present solutions in a persuasive, consultative way Build strong relationships and move deals forward with urgency Manage and maintain an active pipeline in CRM Follow up consistently and keep deals progressing Collaborate with SDR and marketing teams to improve pipeline quality Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets What We're Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales Strong closer mentality with a track record of hitting targets Highly persuasive, confident, and comfortable leading conversations High urgency and fast-paced execution mindset Self-starter who takes ownership and creates momentum Resilient, competitive, and results-driven Strong verbal and written English Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management Nice to Have Experience selling into U.S. markets Familiarity with outbound frameworks Experience in high-growth or target-driven environments Apply here: This is an external position to work at a WiseVAs client.
