Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Specialist. This is a full-time remote position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of closers.
As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for qualifying and live-transferring business owners to our Account Executives. This role involves making outbound calls to prospects who do not know us, so confidence, tonality, and outbound cold calling experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make 500-900 outbound calls per day.
* Maintain 250+ minutes of talk time daily.
* Achieve at least 1 qualified live transfer per day.
* Be on calls for at least 8 hours of your 9-hour shift (more if KPIs are not met).
* Work in full coordination with a team of closers.
* Use provided scripts and tools as guided.
* Follow up via SMS when needed.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday.
* 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (including 1-hour break).
* Fully remote.
Compensation & Incentives
* Daily commission structure:
* 1 qualified lead: $20.
* 2 qualified leads: $30.
* 3 qualified leads: $40.
* $100 bonus per closed deal from your transferred leads.
* Paid weekly via Deel.

* Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling.
* Excellent phone presence and tonality.
* High level of spoken English.
* Must be a team player and willing to collaborate.
* Reliable internet connection, headset, and computer.
* Ability to hit targets consistently and take ownership of performance.
