Scrum Master - Key Responsibilities:Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint discipline. Monitor sprint velocity, capacity, and progress. Ensure Jira governance, compliance, and reporting. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers. Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement. Provide clear stakeholder communication and reporting. Coordinate across cross-functional teams and squads. Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experience working in Data / Cloud / Azure programs, including exposure to platforms such as Databricks Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps lifecycle.
