Core Responsibilities
People Development & Talent Management
* Support end-to-end consultant lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and career path development
* Design and implement technical leadership development programs
* Conduct regular performance reviews and create individualized career progression plans
* Leverage consultant expertise to continuously evolve our business delivery capabilities
* Conflict management and consultant offboarding
Business Operations & Administration
* Manage business unit P&L including cost review, budget optimization, and financial reporting
* Oversee consultant payment processing and timesheet management
* Handle project documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative workflows
* Coordinate new certifications and training programs for the consulting team
Project & Resource Management
* Conduct detailed project reviews and performance analysis
* Manage resource allocation across multiple client engagements
* Ensure seamless administrative support for ongoing projects
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
What You Bring
* Education: Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Experience: 2-5 years in people management roles with strong administrative/operational background
Skills:
* Fluent Portuguese and English
* Business and financial analysis capabilities
* Strong understanding of consulting business models
* Mindset: Detail-oriented executor who can also think strategically about talent development
