Senior Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our customer data ecosystem, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Agile expert with excellent communication and coaching skills. You will work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for cross-functional teams
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog
* Track team performance metrics and work to improve productivity and efficiency
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

Education:
