This role focuses on identifying engineers who are ready to move to Sweden and assisting them through the relocation process.Your job will be to find suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Building trust with candidates is essential, as relocation is a major life decision. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.We arrange everything for employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related needs. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Inform candidates about relocation benefits, build trust, and guide them through the recruitment and relocation process. Collaborate with our global recruiters and Swedish management to coordinate relocation logistics for consultants. Manage relationships with clients across multiple sectors and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience. The following skills and attributes are required:A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.Upper-intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and self-motivated.Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing candidates.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
