Key Responsibilities
* Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned district, focusing on key accounts and emerging market segments.
* Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with prospects and customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Channel Partners: Provide technical assistance, quotes, new product updates, and promotions to support distribution networks.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
* Forecasting: Utilize Salesforce CRM for daily engagement and management of the district.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for cohesive customer-centric outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of proven outside sales experience in dimensional metrology or a closely related industry.
* Leadership skills to support distribution channels and representative personnel.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills, along with lasting relationship-building abilities.
* High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team.
* Able and willing to travel up to 70% of the time within the assigned district.
