Program Management Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing delivery to key customers across multiple technologies.
* Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a productive work environment.
* Ensure regular updates to customer stakeholders through Status Reports.
* Conduct Progress Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget by working with technology teams.
* Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and ensure project scope is well understood and documented.
* Manage and lead cross-functional teams.
* Work with the Project Office to ensure quality control procedures are in place.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the customer.
* Project Review meetings with Customer and Leadership.
* Adopt customer-specific processes and methodologies.
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
* Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and avoid service penalties.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Utilize effective conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
* Establish and track Key Performance Indicators.
* Support hiring the right resources.
* Ensure Statements of Work are signed and Invoices cleared on-time.
