About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Specialist with a strong focus on HubSpot to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role after a trial period. The role is remote and open to candidates based in Brazil.
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM strategies for multiple clients, ensuring effective communication, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize CRM operations using HubSpot
* Create, write, and execute email marketing campaigns
* Build and maintain automated workflows and customer journeys
* Segment audiences and analyze campaign performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM strategies with overall marketing goals
Requirements
* Solid experience with HubSpot
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience with email marketing, automation, and CRM strategy
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
* Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and results
