Account Growth Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business development professional to join our team. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Acquire new key accounts and expand existing ones through effective relationship management and negotiation.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
Key Qualifications
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with experience in creating and maintaining successful long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
