Responsibilities and Duties
Job Objective
Responsible for the production of LPG bottling in P13 / P20 / P45 packages, logistics for serving resellers and bulk customers across DF and surroundings, industrial maintenance of the bottling unit, QSMS of the unit, LEAN and people management of a team of 100 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise activities related to bottling and storage of LPG.
Use of Lean tools (problem solving, performance management, GEMBA, 5S).
Monitor operational KPIs of the unit.
Manage technical and legal documents (ISO 9001).
Control attendance of direct employees.
Manage inventories of full and empty bottles and LPG to ensure reliability and operational needs.
Promote team engagement and development.
Implement and maintain safety and environmental procedures, fostering a safety culture.
Participate in internal and external audits related to operational activities.
Train production team for safe and effective operation.
Ensure proper recording and control of production data, batch traceability, and compliance with ANP and other regulatory standards.
Support quality department in handling non-conformities related to the production process.
Conduct operational and alignment meetings with logistics, maintenance, quality, and safety teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Complete higher education in Mechanical, Electronic, Civil, Electrical, Aerospace, or Production Engineering.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge of Power BI.
