**About the Position**
The main objective of this role is to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for the assigned market. Key responsibilities will include building strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio, optimizing inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center, negotiating conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tourism or a related field.
* Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* An advanced level of English.

Your Day-to-Day
As an Account Manager, you will analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with demand from our agency network. You will also advise on online marketing and direct sales, identifying business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or other services.
