Job Title: Product Data Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Management Specialist to join our team.
* Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot infrastructure related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including PLM database management, project management systems, CAD, and PDM systems.
* Administer new and existing technologies, including design, documentation, installation, configuration, maintenance, integration, and testing of related systems.
* Collaborate with business customers on hardware, middleware, and application requirements.
* Work with vendors, engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure the integrity of databases, application software, and data.
* Monitor system health and availability, review logs, and complete scheduled jobs.
* Lead problem-solving efforts regarding system and service matters and facilitate support with outside personnel or organizations if necessary.
* Stay up-to-date with technology trends and bring innovative solutions to the table.
* Analyze data to drive decision-making and recommendations.
* Configure and deploy devices and peripherals as needed.
* Resolve issues, problems, and questions assigned from a ticketing system.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar discipline, and/or equivalent related work experience required. PLM Certification preferred. Hands-on experience with ARAS (PLM tool) and SolidWorks (CAD system), minimum 4+ years of experience in a factory or enterprise setting, and 2+ years of experience with PLM essential. Excellent communication and technical skills required. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, as well as with cross-functional groups. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure. Skills in MS Office, SQL, Oracle, and English language proficiency essential.
