Senior IT Recruiter
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting high-quality technology candidates to our clients.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Conduct in-depth technical evaluations of technology candidates.
* - Collaborate with recruitment and business development professionals to identify top talent.
* - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.

* Coordinate job offers and contracts with selected candidates.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Experience working with CRM or ATS systems.
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong sales support or marketing experience.
* Ability to work in the U.S. or Canadian markets.
