Product Design Vision Leader

* A strong understanding of AI-native design is required; we need someone who can make AI interactions feel natural and empowering.
This role demands an individual who has shipped real products before and is comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and iteration.
Main responsibilities:
* Develop and own the design vision for our marketplace, supplier tools, and customer experience.
* Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile, including UX flows, UI systems, and visual identity.
Key requirements:
* Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (bonus: Flutter, React)
* Experience designing for AI interactions (chat, agents, workflows)
Nice-to-haves:
* Background in marketplaces, logistics, SaaS, or fintech.
* Familiarity with B2B workflows and procurement tools.
