As the TikTok community grows rapidly worldwide, our GBS team leads innovative projects that are transforming the advertising industry in real time.About the role:We are seeking a Team Lead for our Client Solutions team responsible for developing strategy and managing client service expectations across various verticals nationally and globally.
This role involves working closely with the Head of Sales, advocating for your category internally and externally, managing a team of CSMs and CSPs, and collaborating with our product team to craft digital media solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep online media knowledge, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a focus on project and relationship management, education, measurement, and storytelling to demonstrate TikTok's ability to meet client KPIs.Responsibilities:Become an expert in your vertical/industry and articulate how TikTok can serve these clients effectively.Share best practices and strategies across industry verticals, locally and globally.Work with the sales team to acquire, retain, and grow relationships with major advertisers.Use data to identify consumer trends and develop vertical-specific best practices and playbooks.Coach the Client Solutions Team on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and scalable selling techniques.Collaborate with leadership to align strategies for Sales and Client Solutions.Stay updated on TikTok's features and ad units; advise clients on product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs.Establish processes for collecting advertiser feedback to guide product strategy.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes for the growing team.Work directly with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.Identify needs and help build scalable processes for the team.Manage and develop a team of Client Solutions Team Leaders to achieve set goals.Ensure high standards and flawless campaign execution across all teams within your vertical/industry.Qualifications:Willingness to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina.5+ years in client solutions or digital marketing roles, with biddable network experience a plus.Management experience leading teams of three or more.Experience managing advertisers through the funnel, especially performance advertisers.Understanding of digital auction marketplaces and effective execution within them.Proactive, with strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.Proficient in Spanish and English.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a vertical at a brand or agency.Excellent executive presence and communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives.Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers.Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT).Self-starter with critical thinking skills.Passion for TikTok marketing and building initiatives from the ground up.About TikTokTikTok is a leading platform for short-form mobile videos.
