Purpose of the Position
Manage, plan, control, and follow up on the activities of the Human Resources area, providing support and guiding the HRBPs team in developing the work.
Responsibilities
Manage the HRBPs team to act as HR consulting and coaching, working with business leaders to resolve significant people and cultural issues and providing expertise in hiring, termination, performance management, rewards and other HR matters.
Identify the HR needs of customer areas, communicate with them continuously, and plan strategies with HR specialists to meet those demands.
Monitor HR process activities (vacations, job description updates, performance evaluations, 360° reviews, organizational climate, personnel movements, talent retention, vacancy filling, salary increases, etc.) ensuring standardization and compliance with internal and regional procedures.
Create a positive workplace culture by maintaining confidentiality, establishing trust, and balancing business needs with teammate needs.
Drive and improve HR processes across client groups, leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives, and coaching leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
Consult on talent attraction, development, retention, and engagement, implementing Change Management Culture and standardizing processes across the region and business units.
Unify HR processes by managing a team of HRBPs to counsel employees in career planning and development.
Lead BR HR Manufacturing Projects, ensuring planning, development, and implementation of each project, validating results with the area Board.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field (required). Master’s degree is a plus.
Technical knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Essential Experience
5–7 years of experience in Human Resources within a large organization, with at least 4 years in an HR role involving talent acquisition.
Experience planning and coordinating small to mid-sized projects.
Strong skills in teammate engagement, risk management, business partnership, consulting, and professional leadership.
Desirable experience: Solid knowledge of current HR technology landscape and industry trends.
