Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry
Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030 according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a large number of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is a big step, so a lot of your work will involve building trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.
In short, we handle all relocation aspects for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. Responsibilities
* Identify and recruit engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden.
* Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
* Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation consideration process.
* Coordinate with a global recruitment team and Swedish management to support relocation.
* Work with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, permits, housing, travel, etc.).
* Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and related fields.
Required qualifications
* At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
* A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
* Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset for finding the best solutions.
* High quality and brand awareness.
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
* Upper intermediate English.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
* Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to identify and close recruitment requests.
* Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, with high self-motivation.
* Resilient and persistent, able to view a rejection as motivation to continue.
* Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
* Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment details
* Location: Remote (from home) or from a co-location center of your choice.
* Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
* Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
* Compensation: From 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
* Benefits: Paid national holidays, 20 vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
