* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and pipeline growth targets.
* Build short- and long-term territory growth strategies and track execution using CRM and other tools.
* Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and customer loyalty events.
* Leverage deep knowledge of Alpha’s offerings to support customer decisions including demonstrations supported by Application Engineering.
* Monitor market trends to identify new accounts and opportunities.
* Support the execution of global key account strategies at customer sites in the assigned territory.
* Evaluate and report on sales agents/distributors performance and commission plans.
* Provide accurate and timely territory sales forecasts of expected business results.
* Provide timely response to customers including but not limited to sales quotes and product inquiries.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree required;
technical degree strongly preferred.
* Business level fluent in Portuguese and English is required.
* Business level fluent in Spanish is preferred.
* Knowledge of polymer and rubber markets is preferred.
* Experience selling highly technical capital equipment.
* 5+ years sales and account management experience
* Experience selling software solutions is a plus.
* International sales experience is a plus.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Action-oriented and eager to achieve results.
