Requirements:
* Strong English fluency
* 2+ years of experience editing for dtc/eCommerce brands
* Expert-level proficiency in premiere pro or davinci resolve + after effects
* Deep understanding of meta/youtube shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns
* Native fluency with ugc aesthetics
* Ability to produce 8-12 ads per week without compromising quality
