Blockchain Engineering Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Blockchain Engineering Manager to lead, mentor and grow a distributed team of software engineers.
This role is responsible for driving execution, ensuring technical excellence and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers reliable, scalable and high-quality products aligned with our strategic goals.

Product Strategy and Planning
This involves:
* Partnering with the CTO and Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into engineering execution plans.
* Managing delivery timelines, resources and technical dependencies to ensure on-time releases.
* Proactively identifying and removing blockers to ensure team productivity and alignment.
Execution and Delivery
This involves:
* Overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
* Ensuring scalability, security and performance in blockchain and microservice-based environments.
* Driving the adoption of modern DevOps practices (IaC, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automated testing).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
* 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
* Familiarity with blockchains such as Ethereum and other blockchains.
* Familiarity with DeFi trading.
* Software engineering background in frontend and backend services development.
* An understanding of microservice architecture and cloud-based deployments.
* Experience in modern software development practices such as infrastructure as code, test automation, CI/CD and containerization.
* Proven success leading technical teams through the full product lifecycle in Agile or startup environments.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Able to balance technical depth with people management and cross-functional alignment.
