Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and stability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and resolve major system issues via efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize system performance.
* Analyze system logs and metrics to proactively identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain monitoring scripts and alerts to ensure timely detection of system anomalies.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience in DevOps and Production Support with a strong background in automation and CI/CD practices.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, Splunk.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
