Our client is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their team in Campinas. The individual will focus on lead the implementation of company's Product Stewardship strategies and Product Stewardship best practices within PMA Business Area in South America, to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and add business value. The professional main responsibilities will be:Ensure regulatory compliance including any required declarations or registrations of company products used in various applications in South American countries.Proactively track and understand regulations impacting company products.Working with the Product Stewardship Director of the business to support the development of Product Stewardship tools, systems, processes, policies, best practices and strategies.Ensure product portfolio is risk assessed (health, safety, environmental and liability exposures), including routine risk assessments for NPD projects.Regularly communicate results of risk analyses and regulatory developments to Product & Market Managers, and business leaders.Provide customers with compliant product safety information (SDS, Safety Bulletins, compliance statements, etc.) enabling them to use company products safely in their intended applications.Respond to customer product stewardship inquiries with accurate and timely responses.Participate in industry association Technical Boards, Working Groups and Committees as appropriate to leverage skills and knowledge of the industry experts.Education, Experience and Skills RequiredBachelors or higher degree in Scientific DisciplineAt least 5 years of regulatory affairs, quality or product stewardship experiences. Regulatory affairs experience in agriculture field is preferred.Good oral and written communication in Portuguese, English, Spanish25% travel - mostly within North and South America.
