As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers.
Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates.
You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and the Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for our consultants.
In short we fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it.Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed together with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
You will be part of an efficient team focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.

RequirementsRequired competence (documented in CV): At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or in a similar technical field.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset to always find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient and persistent, able to take a rejection as motivation to try harder.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.
