What will I be doing?

* Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings efficiently
* Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future leads
* Identifying potential sales opportunities
* Responding professionally to all customers, ensuring reservations are accurate and meet guest expectations
* Providing prompt, efficient service while maintaining Hilton's brand standards
