At subQdocs.ai, we're building the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S. Our product automates clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — and our Flutter app is at the core of how doctors interact with it.
We're a small, fast-moving organization with a LATAM engineering team, and we're seeking a Full-Stack Flutter Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves working with cutting-edge tech.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app, with a tablet-first design and a slimmed-down phone experience.
* Create and maintain back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
* Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
* Collaborate closely with LATAM engineers and work directly with data scientists who are experts in the field.
* Use advanced coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.
* Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
* Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.
Requirements
* 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
* Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework (state management, widgets, performance).
* Proficiency with Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
* Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
* Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.
* Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
* Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.
* Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
