The Enterprise Account Manager role involves managing key customer relationships, growing existing business opportunities, and identifying new revenue streams.
 * Developing strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
 * Building strong partnerships with decision-makers at major customer accounts
 * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts
 * Conducting regular account reviews and providing insightful business analysis to customers
Sales Performance:
 * Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
 * Driving client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
 * Negotiating and closing complex deals effectively
 * Managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding
Qualifications and Skills:
 * Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a software industry setting
 * Experience with long sales cycles, request for proposals, and public tender processes
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments
