Job Description FormJob Title: IT Operations & Support AnalystLocation:São PauloDate: 2025/11/10About the RoleThe IT Operations & Support Technician will be responsible for daily technical support, device maintenance, and basic IT operations for Jetour Brazil. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, end-user support, computer setup, and routine IT tasks within the office environment. The position ensures smooth daily operation of laptops, printers, networks, and basic system access in coordination with the IT team in China.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily onsite technical support to office staff, including troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, office applications, email accounts, and user workstations.Monitor basic network connectivity, router/switch status, Wi-Fi stability, and VPN connections.Set up computers for new employees, create user accounts, and ensure proper access rights.Support basic usage of SAP, DMS, CRM, WMS systems and escalate system-related problems to HQ teams when needed.Maintain inventory of IT equipment, perform device check-ups, and coordinate equipment repair with vendors.Assist with data backup routines, file sharing permissions, and standard security practices.Manage printer configuration, toner replacement, scanning functions, and related issues.Support video conference tools (Teams/Zoom) and office meeting room equipment.Document incidents, service requests, and solutions following basic IT support processes.Education:· Bachelor’s DegreeExperience:2–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or hardware maintenance.Experience troubleshooting Windows systems, printers, and basic network issues.Knowledge of user account administration and endpoint support.Familiarity with office environment IT operations.Skills:Hands-on technical ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems.Basic understanding of network cabling, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN.Ability to install software, configure email, and maintain user accounts.Good customer service mindset and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage daily support demands independently.Working ConditionsFull-time onsite position in São Paulo office.Occasional work after hours for urgent troubleshooting or system maintenance.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting SAP or other business systems at a basic user level (not mandatory).Knowledge of basic security practices, antivirus tools, and remote support tools.Application RequirementWe kindly request that all applicants submit their resumes in English.
