LDC reported...In 2014, the Group started to rotate to Process harmonization, Global Organizations and especially Digitalization by opening a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Finance, IT and HR based in Lyon.Together with the CoE, the LDC Groups created a Global Finance Team, called FPSO (for Finance Processes Systems and Organization), which is reporting directly to the Group CFO and for which the aim is to:Lead the Finance Transformation of the groupDigitalize LDC Processes and organizationsHelp LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best toolsIn 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiated a Global Finance Transformation and Digitilization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement). It consists into a:Reshaping of accounting and controlling processesThe implementation of SAP S/4 HANA suite including Business Intelligence, ARIBAAs of 2025, implementations have been done in several regions, including countries such as Argentina, Suisse, US, China. The program roadmap ends around 2028 and will be followed by other transformations project on other systems.The FPSO team consist into an international team of experiences resources with strong expertise in there domain. They act as the keeper of the Group practices and solutions. They coordinate the different on-going project in the LDC world for their respective scope.Main ResponsibilitiesThe FPSO team is looking for Financial Specialist, who will be in charge of the one or more of the below E2E processes flows:Payment flow (incl. integration with other systems), cash income flows and bank statementControllingAccounting, fixed assets and months end closingIntegration with Consolidation and ReportingThe Financial Specialist:On one side, guarantees the LDC Group practices and processes related to commercial processesOn the other side, support countries in their execution but also guarantee efficiency in terms of tools, organisation and processesThis applies in different kind of activities:Live countries support and small enhancements : enhance user experience, provide continuous improvement, be the core model keeper and supervise the delivery of changes, keep documentation up to dateSmall projects, called “Ad-Hoc”: launch and drive initiatives to improve BOLDBOLD implementations in new countries : act as a referent for CORE processes and data related to his scope.
