Graphic Designer Position
This role involves designing high-quality visual content for social media, digital platforms, and presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals and the ability to bring visuals to life through motion.
* Design creative solutions for social media, digital graphics, and presentations.
* Create engaging motion graphics and animated elements.
* Apply brand guidelines consistently while finding space for creativity and innovation.

* Collaborate with leads and project managers to clarify briefs and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity.
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney).
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines and evolving briefs.
* A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to act on feedback.
* Clear communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
