JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Agile teams in achieving their goals while ensuring rigorous tracking of sprint performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong Scrum facilitation skills with analytical capabilities to produce clear, actionable reports that drive continuous improvement.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and values within the team.
Remove impediments to team progress and foster a collaborative environment.
Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as velocity, completion rate, lead time, burndown charts, etc.
Analyze sprint outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs based on performance insights.
Generate regular reports for stakeholders (management, PMO, internal clients).
Create visual and automated dashboards to monitor team performance.
Present findings in steering committees and monthly meetings.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES :
Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 5 to 7 years).
Proficiency in reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
ScrumMaster certification (CSM, PSM I/II) strongly preferred.
English fluency is a must have, french would be an asset.
Additional Assets :
Experience in multi-team or SAFe environments.
Familiarity with DevOps metrics and practices.
Ability to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.
